INFERNO HOT PILATES is a training system which combines Pilates principals with High Intensity Interval Training and is performed in a heated room. It creates long, lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Its performed on a yoga mat and is a non-impact workout.

BIKRAM YOGA is a system of Hatha Yoga done in a heated room. The heat allows for increased flexibility so that the change you want can happen more effeciently. With the heat you can also achieve a deeper stretch, so fresh oxygenated blood reaches deeper into your muscles, tendons and organs to keep your system healthy.

BUTI YOGA is a high intense asana yoga practice combined with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Buti Yoga focuses on activating Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles. It's performed in a heated room on a yoga mat - be prepared to sweat, work hard and enjoy.
