INFERNO HOT PILATES is a training system which combines Pilates principals with High Intensity Interval Training and is performed in a heated room. It creates long, lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Its performed on a yoga mat and is a non-impact workout.

BIKRAM YOGA is a system of Hatha Yoga done in a heated room. The heat allows for increased flexibility so that the change you want can happen more effeciently. With the heat you can also achieve a deeper stretch, so fresh oxygenated blood reaches deeper into your muscles, tendons and organs to keep your system healthy.

BUTI YOGA is a high intense asana yoga practice combined with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means β€œa cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Buti Yoga focuses on activating Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles. It's performed in a heated room on a yoga mat - be prepared to sweat, work hard and enjoy.
