What to Expect

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to register.

Come with an empty stomach - in other words avoid eating 2-3 hours before class (trust us on this one)

Dress to sweat; yoga clothes, running shorts, fitted workout clothes, fitted tank tops, bra tops, wear cool/comfortable clothes.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate - before and after class. You can bring water with you but you will be having so much fun you might forget to drink.

Come with an open mind and be ready to be challenged.

Our classes are designed for all levels, experienced workout pros to couch potatoes.

EXPECT to have fun, EXPECT to sweat, EXPECT to leave feeling better than when you came!
