Registration Q & A

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, you’ll need to reserve your spot from the Schedule before coming to class. You can use the CorePower website or app. No walk-ins are allowed at this time.

When should I make a reservation?

You can book up to 7 days out on the schedule. Students with our All Access Membership get priority booking 14 days out. You can make a reservation up to 5 minutes before class starts.

How do I make a class reservation?

To reserve a class, visit the Schedule on our website or Hella Yoga app. You’ll need to sign into your account. If this is your first time signing in, create your Account using the same email address you used on your first studio visit. Make sure you’re opted in to receive email updates for your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

To open up space for your fellow yogis, we require that you cancel 2 hours or more before class starts, no exceptions. A $15 late cancel/no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are paying for class with a class package, you will lose the value of that class and will not also be charged $15.

Reservations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start of class cannot be cancelled without incurring a late cancel/no show fee/loss of class.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Click ‘cancel’ next to your reserved class from your Profile Activity on the CorePower website or your CorePower App Activity tab.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, when a class is full, we can hold 5 spots on the waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist into class, you will receive an email confirming your reservation at least 2 hours before class starts. Make sure you’re opted in to receive email updates for your reservation.

We will not move you from the waitlist into class reservation after the Cancellation Cutoff (2 Hours). If you have not received an email confirming a change in status from waitlist to having a reservation prior to the Cancellation Cutoff, you may not attend the class.

Why can’t I make a reservation on the website?

If you haven’t already, click ‘Log In’ from the top right corner of the website. If this is your first time signing in, create your Account using the same email address you used on your first studio visit. If you’re signed in and still aren’t able to reserve a class, chances are the class is full and you’ll need to join the waitlist. If you’re still having trouble contact us

Why can’t I make a reservation on the App?

We’ve made some changes! Update your App to get the latest experience. If you have already updated the App and still aren’t able to reserve a class, chances are the class is full and you’ll need to join the waitlist. If you’re still having trouble contact us.

Why do you require reservations?

Reservations help us control studio and class capacity required by local and federal governments orders. As we are gradually seeing the lift of orders, we’re carefully evaluating when and where we feel confident to gradually reopen our studio doors.

When will I be charged for my reservation?

If you don’t have an autopay membership or active package, payments can be processed online when buying a package and will be necessary to make a reservation.

What if Hella Yoga cancels class?

If a class is canceled, you will receive an email notification and you will not be charged. Make sure you’re opted in to receive email updates for your reservation.

What if the class time or teacher changes?

If a class time or teacher changes, you will receive an email from us for any classes you have reserved that may have been updated or canceled. To receive updates, make sure you are opted in to our emails. You can also check the schedule for class updates.

How many classes can I reserve?

You can reserve unlimited classes on the schedule at any given time – including waitlist classes. Class times can’t overlap.
